I purchased a samsung S3 mobile from timtara.com and was promised to get delivery within 3 weeks. I thought 3 weeks was the upper limit and usually it gets delivered within a week or so. But unfortunately whenever I checked status on net, it showed awaiting shipment.
On calling, customer care, I didnt get satisfactory reply. I even sent an sms at their number but without any response. This is a very lousy unprofessional website and please dont buy anything from it or you will repent like me. Can anyone tell me how to complaint in customer forum against such fraud websites?
