I have written this review to bring to your attention, the truth about an online ecommerce website TIMTARA.COM
Recently I placed two orders worth Rs. 30000 on https://timtara.com .But unfortunately I am facing a great trouble regarding these order and the refund of the same. Being ignorant about the reviews and the truth of this biggest fraudster website ever, I paid them 30000 rupees so as to get my orders delivered on time. The money was transferred by their online payment gateway TechProcess solutions (I don’t know how techprocess got involved with this website).
First of all their delivery time is 3 weeks from the date of order which itself is such a long time and they are unable to deliver the product even in 21 days. To add to this, people are waiting for their refund since months. I ordered a casio analog watch (order number 10331660) Recently from Timtara and was waiting for it very eagerly. After 21 days when I didn’t receive the watch, I called up the customer care and to my surprise that guy replied that the product is out of stock!! They are giving me this information 21 days after placing the order. So I cancelled this order and asked them to refund the money as soon as possible (which is 7 working days). It has been around 20 days and I have no idea where is my money. Customer care is as useless as garbage. They have been holding my money for more than one month (and enjoying the interest by investing it in some other venture, this is how this fraud earns his profit).
But my misery does not end here, rather it’s just the starting. Before 21 days for my previous order i.e casio watch were over, I did another blunder, probably the biggest mistake of my life. I ordered samsung galaxy note N7000 phone from Timtara ( order number 10339730) worth Rs. 25299. I know what you must be thinking about me but do believe me, If you see the heavy and attractive discount this fraudster is offering, you will be easily tricked. They offer you flat Rs 4800 off on order values more than 20500. Now again it has been more than 21 days and no sign of my product or money. I would like to request you to kindly make public aware about this fraud website before more people are fooled by this startup. Chairman and MD Mr. Arindam Bose looks like he is least bothered but I want to send him this message that if this continues for long, he will find himself behind the bars. Its not your money and you have no right to keep it and earn interest by investing.
Last but not the least the customer care department of timtara.com is too good and the more you contact them , the better they get. Customer care department has no sense of how to cooperate / address the problem. They have just mugged up following three lines and every time they would use any one of them:
" Your refund will be processed in 72 hrs , Kindly cooperate for the same"
" Your request has been forwarded to the concerned department, they will contact you within 24 hours"
" Your product will be dispatched within 72 hrs, sorry for the inconvenience"
But in reality they wouldn’t contact you even in 24 years.
Hoping a lot from your side, I wrote this review to make everyone aware that think twice before even logging on to https://timtara.com. The offers which they will provide are indeed mouthwatering but after ordering you won’t even feel like drinking water. They always keep the money and block it for 3 to 4 months and use this money with another venture. Please help me…!! And all the victims who have suffered at the hands of this emerging fraudster. After all “its not about money its about Humanity”
I have already file a complaint against timtara.com in consumer co-ordination council / national consumer helpline.
