It has been almost three months I placed order of Laptop battery. When I try to check order status online nothing shows up.
Tried calling customer support for almost every week but all I get to hear that they have noted down the request and I will hear back from them in next 24 hrs, which never happened. Not sure what to do started thinking of consumer court.
