I Purchased a Karbonn A21 mobile in TIMTARA on 19th Oct’12, Order No.10341230 . But till now it is showing "Waiting for shipment". There is no escalation/supervisor to handle our calls. always the customtakeouter care executive replies at they will contact in 24 Hrs. But, it will never happen.
1) There is no communication from TIMTARA for all cases, Only we have to speak to them
2) Always they announce the products are ready in site, But, when we ordered, It will not be delivered, saying product is demand & waiting from that company. But the same product will be published in the web site as readily available product.
3) They announce offers, but it will remain always same no change
4) The product is readily available in nearby all stores....
TO EVERYONE : DON’T ORDER, OR EVEN VISIT THE SITE "TIMTARA" YOUR MONEY WILL BE LOOTED....
