I am also one of the customer of Timtara and as promised by them they never delivered the product and not accepting the cancellation of the order as well. I placed the order for iPhone 5 and paid 100% payment thru my credit card while confirming the order.
The best way to get rid of them and get your refund is as follows:
1. For all the customers those have paid through Credit Cards, pls look for Client Dispute Form (CDF Form) form the respective banks website, fill up your Credit card details alongwith transaction details and send it your bank (scanned copy) on the email ID given in the form.
- Most Likely you will recieve an email from you bank that transaction is being cancelled and you will recieve the credit in 48 hours time.
Unfortunately this is applicable only if you have paid through Credit card, for the customers those have paid through Internet banking....you dont have a choice but to wait for your product to arrive or take legal action against the company in consumer forum.
