Keep away

Ordered an air conditioner on 28th June 2012. Paid via my credit card a sum of Rs.17891.00.

Numerous telephone calls on their dehradun helpline number but product was never delivered. Summers over I did what anyone in my position would have done. Order cancelled on 25th July 2012. Refund has not come till date.Today is 23rd August 2012.

Advice to timtara fans : Deal with this fraud organisation at your own risk and peril. Helpline staff is so pathetic. I feel pity on them. One of them in fact confessed that everyday he is getting abused by callers for non delivery / non refunds for items ordered.
