Two of my friends booked Samsung Tab2 worth Rs. 16, 891. Both have lodged complaint in consumer court as in spite of 3 weeks commitment for the delivery the delivery status on the last day is showing "Awaiting Shipment" and this product is not available on COD (Cash on Delivery), so most of us can know how hard earned money is on stake.
When called up the customer care for the status they will ask the customer to have patience and even they will be rude sometimes when they will find that the customer is not so eager for the delivery of his/her product.. so to all those who have ordered anything from this website beware!!!! And be prepared.
Don’t buy anything from this website its seriously a fraud...
