I search online regarding Samsung galaxy tab 2 and found cheapest Rs.16891 on timtara.com, before placing order I tried reaching them on their customer care number but no response, but on their website there is a option "call back to order", I have given my number there, and to my surprise I got a call back within 30 second and got the satisfactory answer from Shivali, I have read so much negative regarding the timtara, but after having word with Shivali, I decided and placed the order with timtara and this is my first hopping with timtara, placed order#10306694 on 13-08-12 for Rs16, 891. I ordered this for my wife Bday.
But daily I am reading the negative feedback, not only that there is a show on TV channel regarding timtara, I was totally shocked when I saw that TV show, I sent the mail to timtara and always got satisfactory and timely response from Shivali, Yesterday (31-aug-12) I recieved the product and that is in good packing condition and sealed pack with proper signed bill, the only thing is time taken to delivered the product is some what more, but I received the product in good condition.
Timtara need to have good employee like Shivali in their company who provide timely response to their customer.To all my friends, please have patience, timtara will definitely deliver the product,
Things Timtara need to work :
1) Reduce the product delivery time limit to 1 week.
2) Kindly, solve all the customer issue , if someone pay you money kindly provide them product in given time. You need to work on timely product delivery
3) Sned a mail to the customer to keep them updated.
4) recruit more employee so that customer get there product in time.
For me it is thumbs-up to timtara.
