I placed an order for 24 inch LED TV on February 12, 2012. Order number 10085856. Paid Rs. 12500 online through credit card. More than 2 months have passed but timtara fraud.com have sent no delivery. They offered to change the TV model several times and I agreed every time but there is no delivery. I have asked for refund in several of my emails but no reply. The company is perhaps based in Noida. They have hired a call center in Kolkata. Kolkata call center people always misbehave on phone. I threatened the site with a complaint with Cyber Crime police, but timtara fraud.com don’t care. Can anyone suggest what I can do to get my money back from these frauds? Any help will be highly appreciated.
