I Harish Aravind would like to report a complaint against timtara.com based on a personal encounter with a problem. I would like you to take necessary steps to resolve my problem on an immediate basis.
On 2nd January 2013 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note2 for 33990 from timtara.com and processed the payment through Standard Chartered Credit Card. Order id is #10380464. As on this date the company has not delivered the product as promised and refusing to ship my product by saying it will be shipped within next 3-4 working days. This is the standard answer I get every time from the customer care. They are also refusing to cancel my order and refund my money. I would like you to take necessary action so that the product that I ordered is delivered to me immediately or the money that I paid is refunded to my account as it is a big sum.
