I have ordered one Philips Mixer Grinder 3 Jar and one Amkette Pro DVD-R 4.7GB 16x10 CB on 23-02-2012. But I haven’t received my products yet and no further information provided. I have been trying to call their support but never it connects and if connects no body receives. This is very poor service.
The products have to be dispatched in 10 days but the order status is awaiting shipment till now. I dont know why these guys are doing these type of unprofessional business.
Update: Yesterday, they sent email to me that they need 3 working day to fix the issue. Lets see. If they don’t solve it, I will cancel the order or ask my bank to chargeback (as I paid through credit card).
