Finally got my product delivered after 40 days but i will never suggest timtara to buy products because you will need to continuously keep following up with their customer service to get your product delivered, even though they have some good discounts we dont’ get it delivered on time. Let me give you some details regarding my experience with timtara.com.
I ordered 2 edifier speakers (2.1) with timtara.com on 27th april 2012, and once the payment was successful they updated the status in the website as "awaiting shipment" within the next 2 days & i was desperately expecting the product to be shipped & delivered within a week’s time, but they started proving that my expectation will never be met.
Then i started to follow-up with their customer care when i initially dialled their number it said invalid number!!! My heartbeat skipped for a moment & then i tried a couple of more times, finally got one representative online and she told me that the product will be sent within 8 business days!!! (argh! There are many e-commerce website who ships the product & deliver it within 3 business from the date the order is placed).
After some continuous phone calls for more than 10 - 12 times, i finally got the product delivered yesterday (June 5, 2012) neatly packed with manufacturer warranty.
P.s - don’t ever choose this website for buying products though they give awesome discounts! Luckily i was not one of the victims to lose my money.
