With any order you get headache and frustation

I ordered a mobile phone on 7th Oct and it is not shipped yet. I raised a ticket 45696 also and was told to wait till 29th Oct.


When I again queried on the ticket on 29th Oct, I got no response. For three days, I have been calling Customer Care, but of no use. The customer care just picks up the phone, don’t do anything to resolve the issue.
