I purchased a Product Iball floater mobile Rs. 1405 online from TIMTARA.COM my order id #10269210 dated 9th June 2012 but they failed to deliver even ship the product till date I contacted customer care several times 8 or 9 times as phone bill can be provided if needed to getting same reply over and over Product will be delivered to you. I lodge a complaint no 38532 as on 22nd June 2012 then they says will reply with call or email within 24 hours. no call or emails till date
lastly on 02 July 2012 I Lodge a Grievance on PGPORTAL after that got a call as on 10th July’2012 from some Mr. Raja Singh from Timtara and even I was not agreed to the person they changed the order status awaiting shipment to refunded. and product status in stock to sold out but yet to receive my money back.
I think they only changed status to escape from the case. Today also called customer care and asked for the refund amount but they again doing the routine process like complaint has been registered you’ll get your refund, although till date I have lodge a grievance with 4 reminders and waiting ...
