Online shopping is becoming more familiar and convenient mode of shopping to our people.
In this Customer support is having more wider role in making the customer satisfied, as they are the interface of the transaction (right from the confirmation of product purchase to delivery to after purchase feedback by the customer). I purchased one product from timtara which unfortunately had some issues with the quality.
My complain (No: cc1203843279) was efficiently handled by support team and the matter is finally sorted out.This reinforces the trust of people for the merchant and its products. I appreciate the effort done by support team for addressing my complain.
