I placed one order (Order #10241492 dated 22-May-2012) on Timtara.com. The order was for LG MC2149BB Convection 21 Litres Microwave and I paid Rs. 8290/- for this through debit card (Bank - Axis Bank, satyanagar, Bhubaneswar). Since then I am regularly contacting timtara team to check the order / refund status. I raised so many complains and I didn’t get answer to even single complain. I called 15-20 times to trace it and every time I was told that they are initiating the action and I will receive e-mail about it. But neither any action was initiated nor I received any e-mail or any type of update.
Each time I call their customer care, I felt that they even don’t know what happened after my last call and customer care representative promising to initiate the action freshly. Due to all this, I decided to cancel the order. I sent many e-mails, made phone calls raised complains. But same story continued again. Every time I made I call, I was told that they are freshly initiating the cancellation request.
Suddenly one day I checked the status of my order on internet, and it was changed to “Payment refund pending”. I was relived a bit. But after 70 days from the status change also, I have still not received the refund. Again I made calls, raised complains, but same story. I am a regular buyer from other online sites. But I never faced any such issue. This is my worst experience. I am very much frustrated with Timtara.com. They are very un-professional and non-cooperative people and doesnt care about their customer problems.
Please help me in getting my money back.
