Fraud Fraud Fraud

I ordered Belkin USB Desktop Hub fro Timtara on 21 November 2012, my order ID is10357316, I was promised that this product will be delivered within 3 weeks, but when I didn’t receive it I called their customtakeouter support and also contacted through Web based support system.


Initially both said they will solve my problem within 48 hours, but they didn’t, now on calling their customtakeouter care I am being told that it will 10 days more when I told them to refund money they said that it will be refunded in 25 days, but after seeing their reviews on Internet I know that they will do nothing, now they are not replying to my complaint by Web based complaint system and their customtakeouter care Representative is not talking properly on phone.


As I am a student so I will not be able to take a legal action against them due to being busy in my studies, but if someone is ready to take legal action against them I will be very happy to contribute some amount for proceedings of case and arranging a lawyer, you can contact me at yug.scorpio@gmail.com.
