I ordered Whirlpool Refrigerator worth Rs.8864 on 20-Dec-2011. Till now status shows Awaiting Shipping. If these guys can’t deliver the product, then why the hell do they sell it? It’s been nearly one month and still no info of the product. Status always shows awaiting shipping.
This is gross cheating. And the customer service is one of the poorest in the online shopping history.
Every time I call them, they product will be shipped next week. This is the standard response every time as if recorded machine is saying it. I want my money to be refunded back immediately.
This is heights of laxity of customer service. These guys just eat up customer’s money, do not deliver the products and do not respond to them. If they are taking order for a product which is not available with them, then this is clear cheating. And moreover they do not agree to it and instead of giving refund, they just keep on giving false promises that it’ll be delivered.
I want immediate refund of my money.
