Is Timtara.com a "FRAUD"?

We have purchased Philips Grooming kit 5 in 1-QG 3030/15 from Timtara.com after buying the discount coupon from Timesdeal.com on 27/12/2011.


Despite repeated reminder, nither the product has been shipped nor we received any reply from them.


It seems that TIMTARA is big fraud and TIMESDEAL is helping TIMTARA in this fraud. Below is the correspondence I had with them.3
