I ordered a Sony camcorder with order no. 10289422 on 15th July, and then next day, I asked them to cancel the order as I have selected another product.
After frequent follow up and call the status of order has changed to “Payment refund Pending” on 19th July, 2012.But even if I am calling I am not getting proper response from them that when I will receive payment.
It is maintained in the website that I should get my refund in maximum 7 days. But this time line also crossed few days earlier. A complain # 31866 is registered related to the same order; I have not received any reply, any email any call from Timtara even after frequent follow up.
No listener of customer pain. No email or phone call received from them yet now.
