Worst Online PortalDear All,
I am Ankit. I am very frequent Online buyer. My average online purchase in a year is 50, 000 INR since last three-four years.
This is first time when I had such bad experience with any online portal.
On 17 March 2012 I placed two orders on Timtara.com for which expected delivery was 10 days. I am still waiting for shipment of my orders.
I send email to customtakeouter care but they even dont think that they should response to it.
I tried multiple time to call customtakeouter care and on 06 March I was lucky and my phone call was picked up and after picking up my call and listening my problem, customtakeouter executive respond that " Sir we will try to deliver yours order with in this week". Week is over but nothing happened to my order still same status and not a single call or email or any status update from this portal.
I think they are making fool of public by taking money in advance and enjoying it. They are so irresponsible.
And even they are telling themselves one of best on line portals.
I am surprised how DataQuest have given these ratings to such a poor performer.
I am planning to go to consumer court against it. Please advice if any body can help me.
