I ordered a perfume its is now 20 days since I ordered. no sign of delivery. called helpdesk, they have a general comment that product will be delivered. do not order on timtara, and get cheated. worst online store you can ever order. The help-desk only communicates in Hindi. no English, though there is a selection option.
Nothing is transparent. Customers are fooled by low price tag. Money is kept for a long time until the customer gets pissed off and cancels the order. I assume that the real intent of timtara is to hold people’s money and not sell products.
