We survive on interest of customer's money

I purchased a IFB 20BC3 20 Ltr Microwave Oven with timtara.com and paid against the order on 02/04/12. It was claimed by website they will ship in 10-15 days. However they never shipped the item even 2 months are gone. Beside repeated requests telephonically and by e-mails for shipment/refund they weren’t listening till 28/05/12. I have also lodged a complaint on their website regarding same vide ticket . After 18/05/12 whenever I contacted them telephonically (they never respond to emails and tickets) they tried to convinced me that my refund is pending and the same will be done in 7-10 days.


However I wasn’t sure also I had no trust left over these buggers because status of my order was still ’AWAITING SHIPMENT’ . At last on 28/05/12 the status was changed to ’PAYMENT REFUND PENDING’ I was surprised instead of of refunding during these 10 days they took 10 days for status change. I immediately talk to customer care and was shocked to know from him they didn’t refunded my money for the sake of interest . It was annoying me. Today is 09/06/12 11 days past still my money is not refunded.


Now I have no way, I have to go to court.


I request everyone, plz don’t get lured of heavy discounts. You will not get your item for sure, specially expensive items. There were many more harassing moments during last 2 months because of timtara and many more still to come, its not possible to sum up all here.If you also wish to experience same buy something from these cheats. But worst of all is coming here. The trap is ready and another customer will be hanged. I was told that we are unable to ship the IFB 20BC3 20 Ltr Microwave Oven as it not in stock, but see the link timtara.com/products/IFB-20BC3-20-Ltr--Microwave-Oven.html


They are still ready to take orders for the same. It is not showing out of stock. this will earn them some more interest at least.
