I booked a mobile at timtara.com but even after 10 days after booking - they did not changed my orders shipment status. After reading lot of complaints in internet, I wanted to cancel my order and found some useful information in below URL:

I have cancelled my order bysending mail to PayU (payment gateway of timtara), timtara CEO and some other emailids. luckily got refund within 2 days after cancellation of order.
