I placed order for AO Smith 15ltr geyser (order no - 10371322) on 16th Dec 2012.
The delivery time provided was 3weeks, which means latest by 6th Jan 2013, I was suppose to receive the product.
Having not received the product still, on 29th Jan I placed an online complaint (complaint no 57596).
As a followup to this, I was assured a delivery within 4-5days. But it never happened.
I have since then updated the complaint multiple times but have heard no response from them. On calling them they act like bunch of idiots who are not even afraid of consumer courts.
They are neither cancelling the order, nor are they dispatching the product. The winters have passed by and the product even if delivered is unlikely to be used for another 6-8months.
The aim of writing this review is to spread a word of caution against such a pathetic website.
Their customer care is horrible and they do not even know the meaning of word commitment, as they keep making and breaking these every other day.
