AS PER ORDER NO:10313096 , I was to Receive my Product Sony 5.1 Home Theatre System DAV- DZ840K(DAVDZ840K) but till now no one has contacted me, nor have I got any consignment details from your side for which I had requested.
Am I being fooled? I have already paid 18, 400 /- on 23rd AUG but I am not getting any clarity as to what is going on in Timtara.
I have been calling CC since 10th Sep. Ms Ritu Rawat from the backend team called me on 10th Sep and said that the product I ordered is out of stock and I could either opt for the alternative ie Sony BDV - E490 HOME THEATRE SYSTEM by today i.e. 14th Sept. / or canel the product. I agreed for the product and was told I would receive it by Sep 12th.
There was no trace of the product and hence I called the CC on 13th Sep.

AFTER THIS MAIL NO CONTACT.ALMOST DAILY I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, EVERY TIME THEY HAVE BEEN REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT, BUT NO CALL OR RESPONSE BY TIMTARA.
FINALLY ON 25TH SEPT I CALLED CUST CARE & ASKED FOR CANCELLATION OF ORDER NO 10313096.
THEY TOOK THE COMPLAINT FOR CANCELLATION, BUT NO CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM TIMTARA.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW , PLEASE GUIDE ME
IF YOU ARE ALSO FACING THE SAME ISSUE, PLEASE CALL
THIS RITU RAWAT IS AN AGENT TO TIMTARA
