They are totally unprofessional and kind of cheaters.Their landline and address are bogus. He will respond your calls but it is of no use.Even after so many mails and reminders nothing turned positive. I had almost lost 50k but thank god with the help of DISPUTE section in credit cards I was able to recover my money after 60 days .You need to just fill up the dispute form and choose the option of "Goods Not Received" they will in turn follow it up and refund the amount spent.But importantly we need to register complain within 21 days.
Alternatively, you can approach AKOSHA - social organisation(check website).My advice to all is we need to spend only a minimum amount if we are first timers and based on their service we can decide about our future purchase .
