I made a transaction of around Rs. 15, 000 and lost my health worth of Rs. 50, 000 to get my order. Never every buy from this website. The customer care people are puppets same like the tata docomo ad. One will feel that whether they are human beings or recorded cassette player? I went through horrible time with timtara for nearly 2 months. Lost my patience and health speaking to these dumb people.
Note, no one calls you to update on status of your COMPLETED order (I mean after making payment). But if your order is incomplete for some reason, within flash of seconds you will get a call from them to complete the order. Like this I made around 30 incomplete order and I scold them left and right when they called. One can use this trick to speak to timtara.
Government should come up with strong law to these kind of online frauds.
