I am also one of the unluckiest person who got attracted to this website by following amazing offers flashed through various websites. I placed an order for an Induction cooker on 13th of March. After waiting for 2 weeks I called customtakeouter care multiple times and hardly I got through the call and every time they gave me informations contradicting to each other.Loosing trust on timtara I decided to cancel the order. But to my cancellation mail and several reminders, there was no response from timtara. At the end I approached ccavenue the payment service provider for timtara and also filed a charge back since I had paid using credit card. At this moment I got a reply from Raja promising that my product will be delivered in another 3 days.
I was not expecting that timtara will fulfill their promise. At the end on 7th April order status got changed to awaiting pickup and to my surprise product got delivered on 9th April through bluedart. Hence if you are not receiving your item on time I would suggest you to approach ccavenue(risk@ccavenue.com) so that something will happen.
