Disgusting online portal

I ordered Samsung DUOS W169 Mobile Phone (Black)  on April 25 2012 and till now I did not get the parcel. I made a mistake by paying the money at the portal. I believed these  people. I mailed them and they told it will be sent in 8-10 working days. Now, when I call the customer care they are saying that some one will call from Timtara and it will be resolved in 24 working hours. The bad part is even the customer care number is not 24x7 and sometimes it says that the number is temporarily not working.


These guys don’t care for the customers. NEVER buy products online. If you do buy then always go for cash on delivery (COD) even if it is costlier because discount coupons don’t work for COD option. The customer care is pathetic and bunch of idiots. These people launch portal to cheat people because nobody is accountable for their actions.


To teach a lesson, don’t buy any products by paying money through credit card and net banking. Always go with COD option only.

Update:- They had delivered low cost product  on 29 May 2012 (5 weeks after the order was booked) after causing so much pain and agony. The worst part is they had sent a basic model worth 1000/- rupees instead of Rs.4700/- worth of the mobile that I booked. What a shit?


It is like you pay for a SUV but get a maruti 800.


My sincere advice is if you dont care about your money take risk and buy from timtara.


Always go for COD option,  even if it is costlier. Atleast your money is safe.
