I ordered a perfume from timtara on 9th May 2012. The expected delivery time for the product was mentioned as 10-20 days. Leave delivery, the product hasn’t even been shipped as of now - 31st May 2012. The customer service executives are downright rude. There is no response to complaints on the website.
The delivery time on the website has now been updated to 15 - 20 days and I still don’t have an Idea as to when the product will be shipped.
