I bought an item from Timtara after being lured by the discount coupon. I paid Rs 2050 by credit card. Even after 20 days there is no news of the product. The customer care has stopped replying to mails. The only way to cancel the order is by email. You don’t get an acknowledgement even if you cancel. Worst part is that you have to pay the credit card bill even without getting the product in your hands.
In fact, my friend has become a supplier to Timtara.com. Even after 8 days of getting the orders online, Timtara has not yet finalized the courier and logistics. So all buyers beware or you will lose your money after being lured by discounts.
