I am very unhappy with timtaras service.
I have placed an Order on 20th Nov & today is 18th Dec...almost crossed 3 weeks & into 4th week now. Still there is no update about my product at all.... I have contacted their team several teams & I m surprised to experience that there was no prompt response at all.
And also I have updated the ticket (complaint no:49598) thread several times & only once I got a reply from nisha@timtara.com that also initially i.e after creation of the above ticket.
I dont know what kind of service their team is committed to give...It was pathetic I can say. I was reaching the customtakeouter care in last couple of days & there was no proper solution given to my problem.
And also I m surprised to see that the customtakeouter care team members & team leads disconnected my calls while the conversation is ON.
And also as of now, I havent received a single call from timtaras team to explain the reasons for delay & the action taken in this regard. I am wandering that how this site have such good reviews in the blog. Its really surprising. I have good experience with many other online sites, but this is the worst response I have ever got in my life from one of the leading online shop.
I have requested them to let me know the status of my product & about its planned delivery date, but no reply at all as of now. Neither thru Phone nor thru mail.
