My bad time was that when I decided to mobile from https://Timtara.Com on 08 nov 2012, worth rs 8990, with a committed delivery period of 3 weeks.
The delivery period of 3 week(of my orders 10351328) ended on 29/12/2012 however the website still shows product as "awaiting shipment". There is no response, not even an acknowledgement of my several complaint/Feedback emails sent and calls made to their customer care.
The orders were committed to be delivered within 3 weeks but after no positive response I decide to cancel my order on 4th of dec 2012 but till date(18-dec-2012) the order status is still "awaiting shipment" they always give 48 working hours to cancel the order which is 3 days inshort but after 3 days they again give 3 days, the situation is worse now.
Upon every call to customer care, I’M being told - the issue has been reported to concerned department and will revert to you shortly.
I have given up all my attempts to contact them on email and phone however they’ve again and again, with their false promised and assurances, proved that their customers should never return to them.
I wish to escalate this website to operate and ban all its banking transaction and also raise a formal complaint in consumer court against such lapses and get them to right path and also provide my money back from these money lenders.
