I have ordered a LCD TV on 5th Dec, 11 and have not received it yet( today is 24th jan). Their call center also sucks, first of all they are never able to tell when the product will be dispatched and even don’t feel ashamed in asking the customer to give call after two days. After lot of heated conversation and repeated request to forward the call their supervisor, they forward the call to someone who calls himself floor supervisor and posses no authority. Then he tries to make you fool by false promises and commitments and never raises your complain to higher authority.
This company is such a big fraud that I would not recommend any one in future to buy anything from this company. I have also sent a similar mail to Amazon who are planning to collaborate with it. Dear friends don’t get attracted to the deals they offer, they are registered online thieves who will steal you money and in return will give you nothing. After ordering you will just waste your money on your telephone bills by calling to their call center. I would request everyone to kindly launch a complain against such e-commerce websites in consumer forums and get them shut down as soon as people.
