No legal action taken on Timtara yet!order10377996

Order # 10377996. I ordered a LG MW Oven on 29th Dec. By 19th Feb I had made 6 calls, everytime there customer care will read the same status as written on the website for your order status. They would say - you will receive an email or call from us in next 3-4 days. No one cares. Once I had to shout on one guy, so he suggested me to write to mamta their dispatch section lady. I wrote to her telling my misery and having an infant baby, the need for warm food and water in B’lore cold. She never cared to respond. I cancelled the order by calling their support. THey suggested to do so on the system itself. I did as they directed me on the call.


Its been 15 days the status is still awaiting shipment, not cancelled. They are not refunding the money either. Their customer support is worse ever could be imagined. They dont pick the call, if they pick they talk in rude language, they put you on hold without telling you, they would just listen but wont respond, at times they give an impression that they are enjoying this mute and hold game with you on phone. They are so uncourteous! I want refund of my money and suggest not to buy anything.
