I had made a payment of Rs. 25199/- through ICICI bank credit card as on 13th Dec. 2012 towards online purchase of product-Sony LCD TV from timtara.com. Order id of this order is 10369880.
In order confirmation mail (copy attached) delivery time given was 3 weeks, but still despite completion of 3 week time, product has not been delivered by vendor and order status as on 11th of Jan., 2013 is being shown as “awaiting shipment”.
I also called Timtara.com customer care no. of times regarding this to provide me some concrete information but unfortunately they have also not been able to provide me some proper reply other than to suggest me for waiting and keep patience.
