Hi fellow sufferers here is the best way to get refund from timtara. I have done my transaction through HDFC netbanking. I thought my money was completely lost. Finally I have approached near by bank of hdfc and submitted charge back form against Timtara. I have attached all my order conformations and mails made towards timtara. They have sent my appliaction to Mumbai charge back unit and within 7 working days I got a good response from bank. My money was refunded thanks to HDFC . Sample Charge back forms of some banks

It doesn’t matter whether you have made transaction with credit, debit, Netbanking, online banking etc., Bank will take your complaint and forward it to the concerned departments all you have to do is submit the Charge back form Thats it.
