I placed an order from this website back in April..And waited forever for it to be delivered. When I saw there was no response after repeated attempt of contacting them, I requested them to cancel my order and refund the money. And I have had no response to that request as well. My cousin had the same disappointing experience with this website but of course for a larger amount. It’s a shame that these websites cheat people and don’t even respond to customers after sale.There should be some reviewing body, which should look into these kind of cheats who had set up shopping websites in India and ripping people of their money.
I understand this is the case with most of the online shopping websites in India, I wish as a shopper I was smart enough to and tick on Cash on Delivery.
