This is my second review about Timtara.
My first product , I received after 20 days, that to with out proper bill.
I got a call after that from Timtara explaining about their delay. said it wont repeat.
After some days, tempted by a deal , my brother asked me to order a product. I tried to convince him but he said he dont mind getting it in 20 days. so ordered.
6th september- ordered and paid.
8th sep - got a confirmatary call
9thsep- order status - awaiting for shipping
I got surprised with their Response. But >>>>>
15th sep- same status
20th sep- same status. called them. Answer- will ship in 24 hrs.
22th sep- same status called them after trying for 1 hour- same answer -will ship in 24 hrs
24th sep- same status. one guy said since its saturday, will ship it on Monday i.e 26th.
27th- called them again- Surprise-answer N0 STOCK. Waiting for stock from supplier.
29th. got pissed off. Made some noise on phone. They have disconnected my phone.
From then started calling them daily- stopped taking calls from my number.
5th october Luckily I could contact them from my another number. I asked them to connect to higher authorities.
Miss/mrs. Anjana [ says chief sales officer] came onto line. After listening to this adviced me to cancel my order as the product is not available.
6th october- I got a mail from miss mamata- for order cancellation-confirmation.
confirmed on same day.
7th october- called them to find out when they are going to refund- answer 5-7 days.
14th oct- no refund yet. Tried to call ms Anjana. Other guy took the phone said they have sent my refund already . will be seen in my account after 2 days.
18th oct- no refund yet. I tried to call them today morning. but asusual no one took my call.
Later afternoon I got a call from Mr.Imtiaz from Timtara saying that he will deliver the product in 7 days.
I was in Total confusion. On 14th they said they have already sent the money to my credit card .
This means they are lying. Now this is new plan to avoid my payment.
So NEXT story started. Within minutes of calling me , my order status changed from’’ awaiting refund’’ to ’’awaiting shipping’’
wAIT FOR FURTHER DAILY UPDATES.
45 DAYS TILL NOW. NO REFUND . NO PRODUCT.
IF YOU CALCULATE NO. OF HOURS I WASTED , AMOUNT OF STRESS AND AMOUNT I SPENT ON MY CALLS- WHAT EVER THE AMOUNT I SAVED ON DEA L[ ??? IF I GET THE PRODUCT] IS NOTHING.
21-10-11. I called them again, spoken to Mr.Imtiaz and Miss mamta- again a shock- product not available.
so they offered me another model which is of lower price.
i asked them to refund my money. they said they will call me back.
AGAIN WEEKEND NO CALL FROM THEM.
24-10-11. CALLED THEM AGAIN .MR.IMTIAZ SAID HE NEEDS TO DISCUSS WITH MISS ANJANA, AFTER THAT THEY DIDNOT PICK MY CALL.
25-10-11 I CALLED THEM AGAIN- THEY SAID ITS FESTIVAL HOLIDAYS FOR ALL EXECUTIVES TILL WEEKEND. ASKED ME TO CALL ON 31-10-11.
29-10-11. surprisingly my shipment status changed. I felt happy. I got bluedart shipping tracking no.
31-10-11 ALL MY HAPPYNESS FOR 48 HRS THINKING THAT SOME HOW I AM GETTING MY ITEM IS GONE.
I GOT THE ITEM. OUTER PACKING IS GOOD. BUT INSIDE ITS A OPENED BOX , LOOKS LIKE USED ITEM, SIGNS OF USAGE LIKE SCRACHES, DUST, EVEN BOX LOOKS OLD.
AND NO VAT PAID BILL.
THINK THEY BROUGHT IT IN LOCAL SECOND HAND SHOP, CLEANED AND SENT IT TO ME.
Mr.Imtiaz and Mrs.Anjana have no answer for this. B...........ds and bi......s.
Selling second hand goods.
Any way I should feel happy that I got some thing after 55 days.
There are so many people still waiting.
