Non delivery of product

My order number is Order #10160827, the product value is 14000, I made the payment using credit card. I ordered it on 30 December 2011, till date I have not received the product, it is showing on the website as awaiting shipment.


No replies of email and customer care is not picking phone, the number mentioned on website 40166500 is not working and I have a mobile number 9212563227 of an executive named Imtiaz he is not pricing the phone.


Don’t buy anything from this website.
