Worst shoping experience. I had spent 35 K rupees and still doing follow ups with them. Nobody picks up the call. They will send you the same email reply for any query ’’we will revert back in 48 hours ’’ which again never happened. I cancelled my order finally and now its 21 days and I still have no clue about my refund.
I had ordered a TV from Timtara and Refrigerator from Infibeam. Unfortunately I had to cancel my both orders due to delay in service but there was a critical difference in both. At timtara you have no body to listen to you. You make 20 attempts to call customer care while at infibeam it never took more than one attempt to connect. Although one month later when Infibeam were unable to deliver my original good they came up with a apology email and offered me a alternate product.
That’s the major difference at Timtara once you make the order you are completely on your own.
