I ordered a’1 x CASIO Men Watch AE-2000W-1AVDF Sporty Watch D083’ on 17-09-2012, Order #10327062 & paid Rs. 2, 026 INR online using my SBI Card. The order was cancelled on 2012-10-03 by me due to delay in shipping. Since then I’ve been calling there customer care # 0135-3051500, 0135-6670700 on a regular basis to process the refund. The agents are very rude & not at all helpful, instead they repeat the same apology script & makes fun of me by talking all nonsense over the phone. I do-not expect a company like Timtara to harass a customer & shall never let them get away with money.
Timtara reminds me of Aakash Tablet & Ubislate.com. There motive seems to only laying a trap so that the customers money can be used for there personal & own reason. I purchased the same product from another website for lesser price after cancelling with Timtara. They delivered it on time. If Timtara continues to discourage customers with such awfull services. soon there there presence in www will be history & all concerned behind bars.
I’ve already raised a Dispute with my Credit Card Company & a case of fraud & harassment is in process in the Consumer Court .
