Unethical business akin to fraudsters

I order for a perfume ’Chrome Legend By Azzaro For Men (125ml) ’ with timtara.com on 4th July 2012 . Ten days later after repeated inquiries to customtakeouter care, I was told that the product cannot be shipped due to its unavalability and requested me to cancel the order. I promptly cancelled the order but the payment is still due from them. By repeated to e-mails to the following gentlemen and ladies: tanu@timtara.com, ritu@timtara.com, kangan@timtara.com  heavn’t got me any response except for re-assurance that my money will be credited back at the earliest. I have lost hope that I will get my money back.


What-if all the consumers like us join together and for a common complaint so that they shut down their business altogether?


Atleast the consumers can come together from the rRajeev_Vermactive cities and lodge a common complaint in the consumer court, so that we could share the cost and time of each other with many possibilities of getting our money and closing their online business. Please consumers, share your opinions.


This would greatly help other consumers from getting cheated in future.
