My order id is 10294070 for a Samsung galaxy S2 mobile that I ordered on July 23 & paid 24400 through my credit card. In spite of several e mails & customer care calls, they haven’t bother to deliver it & when out of frustration I asked for cancellation & refund they are least bothered to refund my money back even after 37 days. Such irresponsible & cheats should be penalised & not allowed to do e-commerce as they trap innocent customers by offering goods at cheaper prices than market & then screw them, they are a blot on face of Indian Govt too who allows them to go scot free.
Please take necessary action to get my money back along with penal interest,
