Completely cheating customers

I had the experience of ordering a product in TIMTARA.COM (ORDER #10290298, Sony DVD Player DVP-SR320(DVP-SR320) ) on 17/07/2012.Till today (16/08/2012), I haven’t received the item.


Whenever calling to their customer care # 0135-3051500, they are telling there is a huge demand for the product that is why it is delaying. I actually called and cancelled the order but I do not think to get  my money back.


So my question is what to do next.
