I too ordered a product in timtara but asusual they didnt deliver the product and not responding to my mails nor even on customer care number. As my friend advised and followed the below procedure and I got my money back.
(1) Send a mail to customer care and have a proof for the same.
(2) Wait for three days, If they didnt reply to your mail then next step is find out the payment gateway customer care mail ID and send a mail to them with the transaction details and purchased product details.
Note: Payment Gateway has a responsibility to delivered the product becuase those guys deducted the amount from your account. If they didnt respond properly then send a mail to xxxx bank and submit a complaint against payment gateway and merchant.
(3) Bank Guys do not take complaint and they will say to check with merchant. In that case you need the proof of bank mail and submit a complaints in Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 - Reserve Bank of India with all details.
(4) Once you submit a complaint in Ombudsman then automatically you money credit in your account.
