I ordered 5 Nokia Asha 305 Mobile Phone by making advance payment of Rs. 20, 396 on September 04, 2012, from https://timtara.com. Order #10319860. I failed to see the review before ordering as this site was mentioned in the Google online shopping festival deals.
I thought this must be a good site believing Google, but when I did not get any reply for my queries/complaints raised in the site regarding the order, I just tried to search in Google and I found out this is a fraud website and the same thing has happened to many innocent customers. My order is still in Awaiting Shipment status. Since then I am chasing them for payment refund or Product, but received nothing till date.
I would try to spread my dissatisfaction to as many as I can and try to save them from this fraudster. I am planning to share my bad experience with this website and flash its real color wherever I can including facebook, twitter, youtube, etc., as well as in all online shopping sites in product reviews I will mention about this fraud site and even I will mention this in my Yahoo messenger status message about this website and will make sure I help at least some innocent customers and keep them out of all this.
I am surprised to see how this website is still running after these many complaints almost everywhere. I think the best thing we can do to stop the site is by reaching some local as well as national news channels seeking help to expose this site.
This website just take money from customers showing attractive discount and then go to sleep with that money. I request our government to take some legal action against these fraud website so that they can stop making fool of innocent people.
