I placed an order for Sony DSC-HX20V 18MP Digital Camera (Black) cost Rs 15151. 30th September 2012. I am yet to receive my product. They never reply to my mails, never pick up the calls, in short they are driving me crazy.. I paid using my credit card and now im planning to raise a dispute with my bank with a scanned copy of Dispute declaration form. I hope I will get my money back now!!
Their accomplice in cheating is TECHPROCESS. Together they cheat people and let customers suffer. I will be shortly posting my email conversation with techprocess. It is very funny and makes you realize how unprofessional they are.
