Ordered Hitachi Air conditioner on 24th July from timtara.com and paid with credit card as no cash on delivery option was available. No response from the companies side since then. Call centre is hopeless.
No point arguing with them. They have no information and they don’t give no of anyone from the management. The mails to the coo are unanswered. It appears they are doing this deliberately and using peoples money.
